TASTING NOTES:
Aroma: A rich and inviting opening of caramel and dark fruit, with the warm backbone of Kentucky rye spice woven throughout. Sweet vermouth brings a herbal depth, while subtle hints of cherry and orange peel add brightness and lift.
Taste: Beautifully balanced, with the rye's natural spice sitting alongside the rounded sweetness of the vermouth and a gentle bitters complexity. Flavours of dark fruit and caramel are prominent, while the cherry contributes a soft, almost silky mid-palate. The mouthfeel is full and satisfying without being heavy.
Finish: Long and warming, with lingering spice and a faint bittersweet orange note that fades gracefully. A refined, well-rounded Manhattan that is approachable yet complex, and unmistakably considered in every detail.
